2007 Interpreting Rates
OVER THE PHONE STATEMENTS
$90 per hour (1 hour minimum)
MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS
$75 - $110 per hour (2 hours minimum)
DEPOSITIONS / OTHER LEGAL PROCEEDINGS
$115 - $160 per hour (2 hours minimum)
TRAVEL AND SPECIAL RATES
We do not charge for interpreters’ travel time or expenses unless you have been specifically notified prior to a particular assignment. Also, if special hourly rates and conditions apply to a particular assignment, you will be notified prior to that assignment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a 24-hour cancellation notice. The cancellation notice refers to business days from 9am to 5pm and excludes weekends and holidays. If cancelled upon arrival of interpreter 2 full hours will be charged for a half day and 4 hours for an all day interpretation. If cancelled prior to the interpreter's arrival, a nominal fee will be charged. If the interpreter was reserved for a full day, the charge will be doubled. Please note that the policy is strictly applied.
